The building known as the "Dependance" (Outbuilding) overlooks Via della Salute, near the main entrance of the Villa Lucini complex.
The Dependance is perhaps the oldest structure in the complex, as it is the first one to appear in the Teresian Cadastre maps. It likely dates back to the 18th century in its original structure.
A typical example of a rural building from its time, the Dependance has on the ground floor what were once the stables for oxen and horses, while the first floor was divided between the living area for the peasant family and the hayloft.
Today, the Dependance is a welcoming building that, while respecting its historical heritage, houses two apartments for the stay of those who appreciate the local places and history.
