The apartment is located on the ground and first floors of Villa Lucini, within the protected park of Montevecchia and Valle del Curone. Surrounded by 20,000 sqm of private greenery, it features a panoramic terrace, a viewpoint, centuries-old trees, and a hill with breathtaking views.

We’re located 35 minutes from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, and Bergamo, and near the Adda River and Monza Park (home to the Villa Reale and the Formula 1 Grand Prix). The train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The villa sits at the foot of the Brianza hills (also known as San Genesio), next to the natural Molgora stream and surrounded by picturesque trails.

In just 15 minutes, you can reach the Sartirana Nature Reserve, Leonardo da Vinci’s ferry, and the Monticello thermal baths.

THROUGH THREE CENTURIES

The villa was built at the end of the 19th century along with the Church of San Sebastiano and San Rocco by a noble Milanese family. It was formerly home to the Benedictine nuns' convent, specifically the Monastery of St. Benedict of the Perpetual Adorers of the Blessed Sacrament, until the early 1950s.
