The apartment is located in the context of Villa Lucini with a panoramic terrace on top of the hill, a viewpoint in front of the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco, berceau, fountains, ancient trees and internal paths, guaranteeing spectacular views.
We are 35' from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, Bergamo, near the Adda river and the Monza Park (Villa Reale and GP Formula 1). The train station is 15' by walk.

AMAZING MEMORIES

The traditional Lombard farmhouse was built at the end of the eighteenth century and preceded the construction of the main villa, the whole is completed by the adjacent church of San Sebastiano and Rocco in an architectural complex built by a noble Milanese family at the time of the so-called "residences of delight ”, which alongside the idleness of the Lords accompanied the industrious work of the peasants devoted to them.

TRADITIONS AND COMFORT

The house has been recently renovated preserving its antique look along with technologically advanced details. We provide satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine (in the common area), dryer and iron, portable air conditioning.

The apartment is on the first floor and consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with a sofa that can be opened in a "Queen Bed” (140x200 cm), a living area with a double sofa bed , a full kitchen with a dining table for 6 and a bathroom with tub shower. It can accommodate up to six people.
