Villa Lucini 1886 is an ancient noble residence that, over time, has hosted illustrious figures and individuals of noble lineage within its spaces and gardens, the nuns of the Benedictine order, and, more recently, prestigious families of the Milanese bourgeoisie of the 20th century.

Today, the estate is the residence of the Lucini family and a chosen place for artistic creation, thanks to its splendid natural surroundings and the wonderful calm of the Lombard countryside.

The Villa retains its original romantic charm in its interiors and in the evocative park with centuries-old trees.

EMBRACING
HISTORY

The interiors of Villa Lucini have recently been restored to their original decor after various uses—accumulated over time—had partially erased their historical features.

The underground level of Villa Lucini was originally dedicated to auxiliary functions essential to the daily life of its owners, from a time when spaces for kitchens, pantries, and laundries were not included in the noble rooms above.

To this day, the underground area still houses two deep wells that—long ago—provided the daily water supply. Additionally, as evidence of its past uses, two chimneys remain, venting to the roof three floors above.

Currently, the underground level hosts the wine cellar, the gym with sauna, the artistic studio with a printing press, and the grand hall with arches and barrel vaults made of antique bricks.

We went to go visit Como and Milan, but honestly, Vila Lucini was the best part of the trip!

Our two small children were thrilled to explore the many rooms inside and made good use of the toy box. They also visited the Tiki Bar for pretend drinks and the playground with swings and slide every morning.
Us adults loved the hot tub, sauna, kitchen, bedrooms, artwork and gardens. I think we took more amazing photos at the Villa than at Como and Milan combined.

This was my 2nd time staying at the Villa and it was just as amazing and beautiful as before!

Marco was helpful from the start and was on top of all our questions!

We enjoyed the sauna and sitting area in the basement which was spectacular!
We will recommend this place to friends/family that are traveling to the area and if we are ever back this is the only place we will stay!

So close to Lake Como it’s perfect! Everything was 5 stars!

We have stayed in AirBnB locations in several countries and around the World, but this will be one of our favorite and most memorable stays.

Marco was the most responsive & helpful host that we have ever interacted with.
The villa itself is beyond expectations in terms of beauty, history, spacious rooms, lovely style, peaceful location.
Everything that you would want in your own home was included in our stay - organic shampoos, complimentary wine, groceries to start the stay - milk, bread, cookies, coffee - access to washer and dryer was most welcome.

The location is perfect for a short drive to visit Lake Como & we enjoyed that very much. This was a 7 star stay - perfection!

We are still thrilled with what a wonderful place we booked.
Villa Lucini is absolutely worth every penny and is simply unique. You can walk in your own garden (a round takes 15 minutes, so huge is the property!!).
The interior design is also a dream, according to the villa furnished but still everything necessary. If you arrive with an electric car, you can even charge your car on site!

Since we were only there for a weekend, we unfortunately did not have time to explore the surroundings, we preferred to spend time in the beautiful villa and its garden.

Marco was also very helpful and wonderful. She responded quickly to questions and was always friendly.
